Artrafficc LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://artrafficc.com and provides QR code referral services for automotive leads. We act as data processor; Clients (e.g., dealerships like Braman Honda) are data controllers.

01 Information We Collect

Information We Collect From scanners (potential leads):

• Name, email, phone, and any voluntary form data.

• IP address, device information, timestamp, QR ID, approximate location (city/state from IP).

• Metadata related to form submission (e.g., action of submitting after viewing disclosure). From Clients:

• Business/person name, contact details, billing information, account ID.

02 How We Use the Information

We use lead information to:

• Deliver your lead instantly to the specific Client/representative who created the QR and is displayed on the form (e.g., the seller shown above the opt-in section).

• Display seller details (phone, email, website, role) for quick access or save.

• Track scans via QR ID (aggregated/anonymized) to calculate referral bonuses.

• Improve the service with analytics. We do not sell, share, or license your information to third parties beyond the specific Client associated with the QR.

03 Sharing and Selling of Personal Information

Sharing Your data is shared only with the single Client/representative who generated the QR and is explicitly shown on the form page (essential to the Service). No other sharing or sale occurs.

04 Consent Before submission, you see a clear and conspicuous notice directly above the submit button:

“By submitting, I agree to share my contact info with the representative shown above and to receive follow-up calls/texts (may include automated ones). See Terms & Privacy.” Consent is provided implicitly through your affirmative action of submitting the form after reviewing this disclosure. This constitutes prior express written consent under applicable laws (e.g., TCPA/FCC rules for one-to-one contact with the displayed seller). Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can withdraw consent anytime by emailing privacy@artrafficc.com (prior processing remains unaffected). We rely on this consent + legitimate interest in providing the referral service.

Your Rights Access, correction, deletion (subject to exceptions, e.g., legal retention). No “Do Not Sell” opt-out needed—we do not sell data. Requests: privacy@artrafficc.com. We respond within 30–45 days (or as required by CCPA/CPRA for CA residents).

Data Security & Retention We use TLS 1.3, encryption at rest, strict access controls. Breach notification within 72 hours if required by law. Retention: Lead and scan data held while the QR/account is active, or up to 24 months of inactivity. Then, permanent deletion or irreversible anonymization. Aggregated metrics may persist longer for analytics.

International Transfers Data processed in the US. For EEA/UK residents: Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply.

Changes Updates posted here; material changes notified via email to Clients or site banner. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
